At eluntraxilo, we want you to feel confident about your investment in financial education. Our refund policy was written to be straightforward and fair. We've tried to cover the situations that typically come up, though every circumstance is a bit different.
This policy applies to all programs starting from July 2025 onwards. If you enrolled before that date, different terms might apply - just reach out to us and we'll clarify.
Eligibility Requirements
- Request must be submitted within 14 days of program commencement
- Student has attended no more than two scheduled sessions
- No course materials have been downloaded or accessed beyond preview sections
- Written request sent to help@eluntraxilo.com with enrollment details
- All refund decisions are made within 5 business days of request
Non-Refundable Items
- Administration and enrollment processing fees (typically $95)
- Physical materials that have been shipped to your address
- One-on-one mentoring sessions that have already occurred
- Access to proprietary software tools after login credentials are used
- Certification exam fees paid to third-party providers
How the Refund Process Works
Submit Your Request
Email help@eluntraxilo.com with your full name, enrollment number, and a brief explanation. We need this info to locate your account quickly.
Initial Review
Our team reviews your request within 2 business days. We'll check your attendance records and material access logs during this time.
Decision Notification
You'll receive an email with our decision by the end of day 5. If approved, we'll outline exactly what amount you'll receive back and when to expect it.
Processing Payment
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The money returns to your original payment method automatically.
Early Withdrawal
Leaving within the first 14 days? You might qualify for a partial refund minus the admin fee and any materials already sent to you.
Medical Circumstances
Serious health issues are handled case-by-case. We'll need documentation, but we try to work with people dealing with genuine emergencies.
Program Transfer
Want to switch to a different eluntraxilo program instead? We can often transfer your payment without going through a full refund process.
Deadlines Matter
The 14-day window starts from the official program start date, not from when you personally join or first log in. If your program began on August 15, 2025, your refund request needs to reach us by August 29, 2025. Extensions are rare and only granted for documented emergencies that prevented timely communication.

Credit & Debit Cards
Timeline: 7-10 business days
Process: Automatic return to original card
Your bank might take another 2-3 days to show the credit in your account. This is normal and outside our control.
Bank Transfer
Timeline: 10-14 business days
Process: Direct deposit to your account
We'll need to verify account details before processing. International transfers may take longer.
PayPal
Timeline: 5-7 business days
Process: Returns to PayPal balance
Usually the fastest option. You'll get a notification from PayPal when the refund hits your account.
Payment Plans
Timeline: Varies by situation
Process: Prorated calculation required
If you're on a payment plan, we calculate your refund based on payments already made minus any applicable fees.
What Happens After
Once your refund is approved and processed, your access to program materials, student portal, and course resources will be removed within 24 hours. Any certificates or credentials issued will be revoked. You're welcome to re-enroll in future program sessions, though the same fees and enrollment process will apply.
